POSITION SUMMARY:

The Account Executive of Brand Marketing is responsible for managing multiple brand projects together with our internal and external agency partners. This team member launches and manages campaign work, collaborates with departmental peers and ensures all brand needs are met.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in managing processes to create best-in-class Advertising.
Collaborates across business units with other key stakeholders to merge with overall marketing communication plans across the brand.
Assists in implementing integrated marketing plan to extend core communication strategies across all elements of marketing mix
Building solid executional plans and executing on new to cruise, regional market takeover and brand programs.
? Including multi city OOH, TV, radio, cinema and local activations
Executes the ongoing day-to-day requirements of the brand, managing the development and execution of creative assets.
? Ensure branding tools are up to date and available for intercompany departments and trade partners to access
Develop clear, concise well written briefs that communicate the business objectives, consumer insights, and industry challenges that drive our needs. Supporting both brand and retail needs. Manage day to day communication with agency on key projects to ensure the strategy is being delivered through the creative development. Managed consolidated feedback on radio, television, print, video, digital creative, etc

Developing solutions with creative/agency/production/internal partners to the scope that has been agreed.
? Partner with internal production team and agency to lead photo, video and drone productions. Establishing scope, budget and production plans.
? Project manage agency and internal productions shoots from beginning to end
? Inculsive of budget, talent, wardrobe, shoot list, etc.

Liaising with our internal and external agency partners on a daily basis ensuring expectations are constantly met.
Prepare and maintain weekly status meetings with manager.
Partner with internal legal team to review creative to identify terms and conditions required for advertising pieces.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of progressive marketing experience in a marketing and/or advertising agency
3+ years of experience in creative concept development execution, strategy and branding
BA/BS degree required

Excellent people skills and the ability to cross collaborate with different teams
Must be well-organized and able to multitask
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creative development
Experience providing feedback and direction on creative concepts
Ability to understand strategic direction and use that to guide the creative concepts and reviews to an exceptional execution
Must be able to work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines
A strong understanding of marketing practices
Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate and articulate project needs clearly
Ability to provide solutions under time constraints
Ability to work with senior business minds to help them achieve their objectives
