Description
Dynamic Purchasing Clerk needed at a specialized company in the Cincinnati area.

Purchasing Clerk essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

1. Assist in most aspects of purchasing and inventory control
2. Track open orders with vendors through completion
3. Input, distribute, receive and file purchase order
4. Assist Accounts Payable with invoicing
5. Prepare reports
6. Data entry
7. Communicate with Customer Service and Shop Floor personnel to insure proper material flow
8. Special projects related to inventory control and system clean up
9. Half of the day?s activities will be routine, while the balance of the position is fast paced and requires problem solving skills
10. Other duties as assigned

? Education and/or Experience:
1. College experience preferred

4. Strong follow up skills
5. Capable of handling multiple tasks in a timely manner

9. Basic PC literacy and knowledge of spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel, Word Outlook)
