Description
We are in need of a passionate Sales Assistant that is driven to grow their career. This opportunity may be great fit for driven and hard working Administrative support individuals. This Sales Assistant position from OfficeTeam is with a Banking company located in the Manhattan Beach, California region and will be a temporary-to-full-time employment opportunity.

The Sales Assistant responsibilities include:

1. Actively manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls for Financial Consultants, establishing appointments and servicing members
2. Analyze and reconcile commission reports
3. Assist is audit preparation
4. Input and maintain a member database to effectively target members for marketing and follow-up
5. Assist with problem resolution of time and amounts of trades, systematic investments and withdrawals with member accounts held at investment companies, or with broker/dealer
6. Work with Investment operations department for correction and completion of accurate documentation
7. Review and ensure accuracy in the completion of all trade and account documentation
8. Assist with preparation, RSVPs, and attendance at seminars and other marketing activities as needed
9. Responsible for assisting in the maintenance of all branch files and reports. Performs timely and accurate filing of these records and ensures that all compliance regulations governing these files are
observed in accordance with regulating bodies and broker/dealer office procedures
10. Complete production reports as required
11. Produce monthly systematic investment instruction letters per policy and procedures
12. Perform special projects as required
13. Assist with the coordination of compliance reports and filings with the broker/dealer
14. Leverage available software including Microsoft Outlook, for contact management
15. Maintain Financial Consultant appointment calendar
Requirements
? 3+ years of experience in a banking, investment and/or insurance sales environment
? High School Diploma, or equivalent
? Bachelor?s Degree preferred
