Description
We have partnered with a growing services company that is in need of an Office Manager to take over all operations and accounting. The Office Manager will be the sole individual in the office and work closely with the owner of the company.

The responsibilities of the Office Manager will be to work within QuickBooks to process:
- Accounts Payable: Reviewing vendor bills and packing slips to ensure accuracy, pay utility bills, pay insurance payments , expense reports, and cutting checks, Reconciliaitons
- Accounts Receivable: Posting payments, reaching out to vendors for payment follow-up, Cash applications, Reconciliations
- Payroll: Review timeslips for field employees, apply to specific jobs, calculate taxes and benefits, cut checks
- HR: Benefit management, new full-time paperwork, Licensing
- Ad Hoc: As the sole individual in the office, handling anything that comes up!

The ideal qualifications for the Office Manager role are:
- QuickBooks experience a MUST!
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, self motivated
- Flexible Schedule
- Experience working within the construction industry ideal
