The candidate's duties will include handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks while providing clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures. - Explore the internet to track down potential customers

- Preside over employee database records

- Assist with planning new employee orientation meetings

- Be in charge of administrative and office responsibilities
Requirements
- Less than one year of experience

- Approachable and appropriate demeanor when interacting with all levels of staff in a rapidly changing environment

- Past experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

- Advanced in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

- Prior assistant experience preferred

- Sourcing recruitment experience highly desired

- navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience desired

- Proven knowledge of HR (Human Resources)

- Recruiting experience

- Deep understanding of new employee orientation

- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

- Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
