Description
Our client is seeking a Digital Ad Operations Coordinator to implement digital advertising campaigns on behalf of clients via eNewsletter or online advertising. This role will execute and deliver campaigns, which includes upload, set up, Q A test, schedule, and deploy advertising via a 3rd party email application or an ad-serving system.

You will be accountable for resolving client production or creative issues, through experience with advertising and the technologies used to support ad operations: ad serving, inventory schedules, HTML, Flash and third-party ad tags.

You must have the ability to research ad serving discrepancies, understand website and eNewsletter metrics. You will assist in helping sales interpret the results of their digital campaigns. You will also assist clients to build and improve their eNewsletter or online advertising campaigns. You should be able to propose solutions and escalate to the appropriate person until issues are resolved.

Responsibilities:
? Overall maintenance, tracking and production of NTM internal and external eNewsletter and website services
? Track advertising material, negotiate material extensions and interact with clients to ensure deadlines and spec are met
? Convert material to HTML format and make necessary corrections
? Map files and images to production server
? Set tracking URLs and update ad material files accordingly
? Monitor all product schedules and communicate with sales, order entry and editorial departments
? Verify file sizes
? Execute campaigns via the ad server or email application
? Ensure accuracy of banner ads being served
? Manage website retargeting campaign set up via 3rd party vendor, currently Datapoint
? Maintain schedule of eNewsletter and online advertising based on company guidelines
? Schedule and monitor eNewsletter deployments
? Work with development team to create and test responsive design eNewsletter templates
to apply directly, send resume and cover letter to [email protected]
Requirements
? Intermediate proficiency with HTML, HTML5 and flash knowledge required
? Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Docs for managing data
? Knowledge of ad serving
? Knowledge of media production, especially for large public-facing websites
? General understanding of how websites work
? Knowledge of website and eNewsletter metrics
? Familiarity with rich media, including various forms of online creative formats
? Previous experience with 24/7 Real Media Open Ad Stream or Doubleclick?s DFP ad serving systems
? Previous experience with Exact Target/Sales Force Marketing Cloud application
? Previous experience with RAMP video player a plus
? Ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
? Aptitude to understand databases and related technologies
? Strong organizational and time management skills
? Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
? Accuracy and attention to detail
? Exceptional work ethic, ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines, and demonstrates enthusiasm towards colleagues and clients
? Ability to build effective working relationships with others inside and outside the organization
? Excellent oral and written communication skills; comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders

Related Work Experience
? Bachelor's degree preferred
? Minimum of one year of digital ad operations or related experience
