Description
OfficeTeam is currently working with a start-up, e-commerce company in Marina Del Rey who is looking to hire about 6 Customer Service Representatives, on a temporary-to-hire basis. In this Customer Service position you will be in charge of customer interactions, via phone and email, following-up on inquires, returns and general product knowledge. The ideal Customer Service Representative will have prior experience in a similar setting, have excellent problem solving skills, a pleasant demeanor and be tech savvy. With this e-commerce company, there is room for growth, into an Account Manager position.

Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm
Rate: $15/hourly

Requirements
? At least 1 year of experience in a customer experience or customer service role
? Passion for helping customers
? Strong listening, problem-solving, and organizational skills
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office
