Our client, a finance firm in West LA, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support a top level VP on a temporary to full time basis. As the Executive Assistant you will perform a variety of tasks such as calendar management, meeting coordination, coordination of conference calls, travel arrangements, and reporting. Additional duties will be office event planning, meeting minutes, PowerPoint presentations, and liaising with very high profile executives. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience supporting a C-level executive. OfficeTeam is looking for an organized candidate with excellent communication and customer service skills. The hours for the position are 7:00am-4:00pm. This position pays up to $85k once full time with benefits. - Put together reports and financial data

- Schedule travel and meeting arrangements

- Handle incoming calls

- Preparing projects for presentations

- Teach and manage other support staff and customer relations
- Ability to use the internet for research

- Calendar managements and scheduling appointments experience preferred

- Travel experience desired

- Typing over 60 words per minute experience highly desired

- navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience

- Office supply and equipment ordering experience preferred

- Outstanding organizational skills, ability to multitask, an eye for detail and previous project management experience
