Description
Highly motivated self-starters will find an excellent career opportunity in the General Office Clerk position OfficeTeam is offering. In this General Office Clerk role, you will be performing various administrative support tasks, including operating office equipment and completing general clerical work.

How you will make an impact

- Provide accurate, friendly customer service without delay

- Demonstrate command of such tasks as data entry, faxing, copying, scanning, filing, and word processing

- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls

- Supporting front desk and receptionist duties

- Supporting diverse projects for other employees as needed

- Greeting customers with a smile

- Exercise prescribed style and format when drafting correspondence

Requirements
- At least 1 year of Office Clerk experience preferred

- Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment

- Applicants must apply with a high school diploma or its equivalent

- Word experience is desired

- Microsoft Excel experience desired

- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

- Capable of handling office equipment

- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired

- Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
