Description
A real estate firm in Century City is looking for a temporary Receptionist/Office Assistant to help with a three day vacation coverage. As the Receptionist/Office Assistant you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include but are not limited to the following: answering a multiline phone, responsible for maintaining the appearance of the lobby area, ordering office and kitchen supplies and other general office projects. Your responsibilities

- Welcome and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers

- Assure completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures

- Oversee special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants
Requirements
- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired

- navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience desired

- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele
