Your responsibilities in this role include:

- Answer telephone calls and direct calls

- Take messages and return voicemails

- Provide help when needed with various projects for other employees

- Organize word processors, files, and faxes

- Receive and direct visitors

Requirements
- Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

- Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

- Confident, quick-witted, resourceful, solution-oriented and tech-savvy

- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired

- Excellent telephone etiquette and keyboard skills

- Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

- Earlier work involving calendar managements and scheduling appointments

- Data entry experience highly desired

- General familiarity with Microsoft Office

- Practical knowledge of order entry

- Conference room setup cleanup experience

- Well-founded grasp of email

- Wide ranging experience with scheduling

- Quality experience with ordering office supplies and equipment

- Expertise in meeting coordination and planning

- Customer service experience preferred

- Proven knowledge of database management
