The Creative Group is very selectively searching for an experienced and talented Brand Development Digital Marketing Manager to add as a key member of our client's team in Atlanta. The Brand Development Digital Marketing Manager will manage various marketing functions, manage all internal and external functions required to acquire, maintain, and promote existing brands and to provide digital marketing strategy and manage the execution analytics of such plans on our various platforms - Website/s, YouTube channel, Social Media, and Email Marketing.


  • Monitor, research and solicit new brand license opportunities to maintain the Company's positioning as the “trusted brand” source for quality brand equities.
  • Coordinate pre-development processes to bring new brands to the point of being ready for presentation.
  • Facilitate/present compelling “brand” presentations to decision-makers.
  • Negotiate brand license agreements with the support of legal counsel. Maintain and manage governance of all license contracts, trademark, patent, and copyright information.
  • Administer current brands under agreement through frequent communication. Build cooperation and develop co-marketing programs/promotions which leverage the value of the licensed brand and complementary amenity programs. Seek licensor approval of custom brand designs (bottles, caps, labels) and co-branding opportunities.
  • Responsible for the development of presentations and other written materials.
  • Lead Digital Marketing strategy through various paid and owned media channels using tactics such as SEO, SEM, Social and Email marketing.
  • Direct the reporting, analysis and marketing business intelligence initiatives for newly developed digital marketing strategies.
  • Monetize all analytics so that there is a link between marketing activities and divisional goals.
  • Responsible for the development of presentations and other written materials.
  • 75% travel is required.


  • BA in Marketing or related business discipline required. MBA preferred

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in B2C environments with digital marketing and product marketing absolutely necessary. CPG and personal care industry experience is required. Beauty/skin/hair-care industry experience a plus.
  • 3+ years’ hands-on experience building and managing digital marketing teams.
  • Experience working with sales teams to develop marketing tools, programs and campaigns to drive increased sales essential; field sales experience an asset.
  • Well-developed data analytical skills with polished presentation style.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with SEO/SEM, influencer campaigns, planograms, in-store merchandising and management of retailer relationships are all strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrate a “no job is too small” mentality; you like to roll up your sleeves, jump in and get it done.
  • You are a goal-oriented high achiever.
  • You are agile and adept at working in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • You are deadly serious about results, and take pride in a proven track record of high performance.
