Outbound Customer Service Sales Representative Roles!

A third party marketing and telecommunications company is looking for multiple Outbound Customer Service Sales Assistants to add to their growing and dynamic team. This is a temporary to full time hire opportunity.

How you will make an impact:
As an Outbound Customer Service Sales representative you will make telephone-based prospecting and cold calls for lead generation purposed. Your outbound calls will be to small business owners and merchants to perform quality control on their point of sale machines. You will speak directly with business owners or decision makers to gather the information needed. This is a goal oriented call to ensure the point of sale system is working properly.

The requirement / responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Interest/Experience in outbound / cold calling preferred!
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent phone and computer skills
Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem solving skills when making decisions
Solid organization and follow up skills

Commission is provided on successful point of sale quality assurance tests! Up to $400 - $500 monthly!

Requirements
- Less than one year of experience is acceptable

- Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

- Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

- Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

- Strong customer service and office administrative skills

- Deep understanding of retail

- Knowledge of Call Center Customer Service

- Data entry experience

- Solid understanding of customer service

- Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
