Local Municipality Company is currently seeking a Bilingual Office Assistant to assist with a temporary project.

Office Assistant Job Duties Include: answering a high volume of calls, assisting customers with questions, schedule management, maintaining customer and client relationships, communicating with customers and peers by email, and data entering information into Excel spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes.

Ideal candidate will have the ability to juggle multiple projects at one time, multi task, take direction well, and wants to work in a fast paced environment.
