Description
OfficeTeam is currently searching for a contract to hire Recruiter to assist a growing company with large volume recruitment. The Recruiter is responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process, from job postings to sourcing, prescreening to interviewing and will be an intrical part of the companies success and planned growth. This highly visible position will work with an existing HR team on their needs and processes for recruiting non-exempt and exempt employees.

Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify skill sets, job specifications and responsibilities of each position.
- Develop and maintain all job postings on multiple job boards
- Develop and execute recruitment initiatives to attract applicants
- Source through applicants to identify skill set qualifications
- Review and coordinate candidate applicants, conducts phone interviews/ screenings as needed, refer candidates to hiring managers, and participate in applicant interviews as needed
- Provide guidance, coaching training, and reference information/materials to hiring managers in preparation of applicant interviews
- Additional duties include execution and coordination of the onboarding and orientation process with new employees, creating periodic compliance and reconciliation reporting utilizing ATS/HRIS, and collaboration with Corporate HR Teams regarding specific initiatives, programs or enterprise-wide issues affecting our business
- Affirmative Action Plan compliance, outreach goals, documentation and reporting
