• Responsible for processing applications as part of a dedicated team
• Serve as liaison for customers.
• Backup for new group submission system entry
• Support Client Services within the scope of Administration duties under the direction of Supervisor
• Assist with new enrollment and open enrollment packets as needed
• Bilingual: English & Spanish
• Strong computer skills with Excel, Word and Outlook - pivot tables and vLookups
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Very friendly and helpful attitude
