Experience Requirements
7+ years HR experience
5+ years at the HRBP level
Multi-location support – right now they will be supporting all locations that are in major cities in Texas – this will increase as more acquistions are completed
Mid-large sized company background
No software requirements, just need to be very proficient in Word and Excel
Person will need to bring new ideas to the table about streamlining/creating new processes/policies/procedures – process improvement
50% technical skills – employee relations, answering benefits questions, conducting investigations, multi-location support, etc.
50% soft skills – this person HAS to be a team player, thick skin to deal with many different personalities – there are some field hiring managers that just want to do things their own way. This person will need to be thick skinned enough to take control and redirect them back to the correct path, but approachable and personable enough that people feel comfortable coming to them with questions, issues, etc.
This person can NOT be an introvert – person in the seat is being CONF replaced in large part due to this, she’s unwilling to work with other HR members, teams, other hiring managers, etc.

PER CLIENTS WORDS: Ideal candidate would be someone that had blue collar/service/construction type of industry knowledge/experience. IF they don’t, the candidates just need to understand that will be their target audience so to speak. Very smart individuals, but very blue collar (construction and technicians). Multi-location is REQIRED while multi-state is just a preference. Currently, there are about 300 employees, but this number will be growing. This candidate will need mid-large sized company experience to ensure they don’t drown.
