OfficeTeam is currently working with a client in the Land Development industry seeking an Assistant Project Coordinator on a temporary to full-time basis. In this role, the Assistant Project Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

- Heavy data entry
- Generating reports
- Performing simple calculations to generate proposals
- Communicating with internal employees and clients regarding project updates and follow ups
Requirements of the role:

- Great communication (written and verbal)
- Analytical, problem solver
- Attention to detail
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- AutoCAD experience is a plus
- Urban planning experience preferred
