Description
You might be the General Office Clerk OfficeTeam is looking for, if you are a highly motivated self-starter. The General Office Clerk will be working for a company in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Mgt field, performing various administrative support tasks, including operating office equipment and completing general clerical work.

Major responsibilities

- Greeting customers with a smile

- Deliver support on diverse employee projects as necessary

- Performing data entry, scanning, word processing, copying, filing, and faxing

- Answer telephone calls and manage outgoing ones as well

- Exercise prescribed style and format when drafting correspondence

- Delivering customer service quickly and accurately

- Deliver assistance with front desk and receptionist duties
Requirements
- Strong organization skills

- Deep understanding of switchboard phones from 1-10 lines

- navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience

- Microsoft Excel experience required

- Solid understanding of filing

- Experience with Microsoft Word

- Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

- Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- 1 Year of Office Clerk experience at minimum suggested

- Experience handling office equipment

- Applicants must hold a high school diploma or its equivalent
