OfficeTeam is working with a company in the Pension Fund industry, to find an Administrative Assistant who is results-oriented and deeply passionate about growing their careers. The best candidates for this Administrative Assistant position will be able to perform various administrative and office support duties. Anyone who loves mail merging, pivot tables, and presentation design should not hesitate to contact us. Major responsibilities

- Complete word processing, filing, and faxing

- Provide help when needed with various projects for other employees

- Answer telephone calls

- Greet and direct visitors
Requirements
- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

- Skills in internet research

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Capable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

- Email experience

- MS Outlook experience preferred

- Microsoft Word experience preferred

- Adeptness in switchboard phones from 1-10 lines

- Demonstrated knowledge of customer service

- Microsoft Excel experience

- Document control experience highly desired
