TCG has a client looking for a Sr.Brand/Category Marketing Manager.

The Sr.Brand/Category Marketing Manager is responsible for a broad range of responsibilities that are vital to brand and category development as well as incubating and growing the already established brand.

The Sr.Brand/Category Marketing Manager requires a high level of collaboration across departments and a commensurate level of diplomacy and organization.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing programs and lead business analysis and project management
Develop an overall marketing strategy to differentiate the brand category, build consumer awareness and engagement, and garner retail support
Be an active leader within the marketing team and collaborate with multi-functional groups across the organization
Explore and test emerging digital marketing technologies to drive traffic and conversion
Drive Marketing plans with counterparts in Marketing Analytics CRM/Loyalty, E-commerce Digital, and Creative, as well as with partners across the organization in operations, sales, customer service and other key groups.
Play a key role in the strategic development and execution of multiple aspects of Segment marketing.
Responsible for Segment strategy development for product category growth, new selling opportunities and promotional concepts
Acting as a key liaison with merchant teams to best represent a cohesive fashion/product POV across all customer touchpoints
Define go-to-market strategy to drive traffic and acquisition of brand products from a E-commerce/Digital platform.
Develop and drive the execution of all marketing campaigns and programs.
Budget allocation, management and optimization across all marketing teams
Research and be on the forefront across all customer segments and brands.

Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college/university
10+ years of experience working with digital channels and traditional brand know-how
Creative and analytical thinker who has a long track record of identifying and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns.
Data-driven and measurement focused
