This Data Entry Specialist job will be the best fit for a data-driven expert with great attention to detail. This Data Entry Specialist would be needed on a short-term temporary basis, and the job would be based in the San Francisco, California area. Your responsibilities

- Create notes of tasks, files, and progress

- Search the internet for information

- Obtain further information for documents that are deemed incomplete

- Classify information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems

- Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product

- Investigate reports and sheets of data

- Confirm, corroborate, and remove unnecessary data, or combine data from several sources

Requirements
- Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

- Competent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

- High typing accuracy

- Data entry experience required

- Solid understanding of data entry
