Description
Robert Half has partnered with a well known non-profit in search of their Manager of Administration. They have been making a significant impact in the communities educational programs. They have been in business for over 50 years and provide a great culture. The Manager of Administration reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for directing and coordinating all administrative functions for the organization as well as overseeing the office and subsidiaries.

Responsibilities include:
Office Administration and maintaining support services
Communications with Vendors, Board of Directions, and Executive Staff
Event Planning
Contract Management
Grant Administrative Support
Policies and Procedures oversight
Budget Activities

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office management and administration. Ability to be a jack of all trades in a busy office environment as well as manage staff. This position requires superb written and oral communication skills. A Bachelors Degree is preferred for this position and a minimum of 5+ years of experience.
