How you will make an impact:
- Pilot the strategy and business planning process
- Provide analytical support during New Year readiness/Year End planning cycle
- Empower effective Business Intelligence (BI) to provide forward-looking insight and decision support
- Assess potential risks and opportunities and research performance
- Work with the Accounting group to lead the monthly and quarterly close process
- Review annual performance by comparing actual results to their expectations
- Understand and communicate internal and external drivers impacting performance and trending
- Become competent in and apply econometric and statistical methods to forecasting
- Become embedded within the Marketing and Customer Success organizations. Establish trust and quickly understand the key drivers of the business, economic trends and core metrics
- Lead monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and actions required
- Strong Analyst – Savvy with data mining as well as data manipulation and reporting
- Solid Microsoft Excel experience – need to be comfortable with vlookups, pivots,
- 3 or more years of finance experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Solid knowledge and understanding of financial statements, accounting concepts, financial modeling, and application of analytical tools
- Superior verbal and written communication skills; including the ability to communicate effectively within multiple levels within the enterprise, including executive management
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a strong attention to detail and quality
