OfficeTeam has an open position for a well-organized and motivated Administrative Assistant who is looking to grow their career at a local medical company. We are looking for a bilingual self-starter who is eager to thrive in a dynamic environment and deeply passionate about providing high quality administrative support. Your responsibilities in this role:

-Fielding telephone calls
-Receiving and directing visitors
-Word processing, filling, and faxing
-Send reports as requested by fax, e-mail, or other method requested
-Create email and written correspondence without a draft
-Following established procedures and effectively resolving routine questions
-Schedule travel arrangements as necessary
-Master calendar management by scheduling all meetings and recording meeting minutes
-Gather documents for presentations
-Coordinate input and generate reports
-Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion
-Support on diverse projects for other employees as needed
-Shows up as the main point of contact for the department
What we are looking for:

-Bilingual in Spanish and English required
-Incoming phone call management skills required
-Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
-1+ years working in a medical office
-Experience with Microsoft Office required
-Display effective critical thinking skills
-Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
-Bilingual in Spanish preferred
-Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred
-An understanding of billing and insurance verification
-Strong understanding of MS Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
-1+ years of related experience required
-High School Degree required
