Description
The Marketing Assistant will assist in the execution and maintenance of marketing programs/campaigns. This individual will provide support for the daily operational and analytical functions necessary to manage multiple programs. This individual is also responsible for managing email campaigns as well as the development of graphic components for marketing material and developing social media content/campaigns.

Additional Responsibilities

? Assist with all marketing initiatives
? Ability to develop and maintain web sites and deploy email campaigns.
? Develop content/collateral for marketing programs ? including web sites and social media.
? Review proofs for accuracy.
? Conduct User Acceptance Testing, Implementation Testing and Post Implementation Testing for new initiatives and changes to existing programs or projects.
? Development of creative work plans and project plans for marketing programs.
? Develop and maintain direct relationships with marketing vendors.
? Create, review and reconcile daily, weekly and monthly Marketing reports.
? Maintain departmental files for each vendor and project/campaign.
? Develop campaign source coding and data processing requirements.
? Maintain all program/campaign projections, reporting, and schedules.
? Coordinate all necessary program/campaign sign-offs and ensure all sign-off documentation is archived appropriately.
? Ensure marketing collateral inventory is monitored closely and new inventory is requested when needed.
? Work closely with internal and outside vendors to ensure extensive, timely, and accurate dissemination of program information. This includes production and distribution of Marketing Flashes, program overviews, campaign schedules, and related items.
? Makes recommendations for campaign enhancements.
Required Education/Experience

? Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Economics or Business Administration from a four-year college/university.
? One to two years direct marketing related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required

? Strong organizational and time management skills
? Self-motivated, detail oriented and highly organized
? Web Design and Development ? HTML/CSS, Dreamweaver
? Graphic Design ? Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, MS Office Suite
