Description
We?re looking for a reliable, organized Office Assistant to perform general office daily tasks.
The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, works efficiently, has excellent client-facing as well as written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. The candidate is someone who can work effectively with little to no supervision, a quick learner, detail oriented, multi-tasker with a warm and friendly personality, works diligently under pressure with a high degree of detail and discretion as well, while incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. Key Responsibilities
Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
? Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
? Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
? Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
? Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
? Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
? Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
? Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
? Perform receptionist duties
? Proven experience as Administrative Assistant, Office assistant, Virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative/clerical role
Requirements
? Working knowledge of office equipment
? Thorough understanding of office management procedures
? Excellent organizational and time management skills
? Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
? Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in English
? Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in Spanish
? Proficiency in MS Office
? Pleasant, friendly disposition
