Description
OfficeTeam is looking for an efficient Front Desk Coordinator with advanced skills, health/medical industry preferred. The Administrative Assistant must be able to handle a busy office in which they are currently running multiple programs and bring in a high volume of families for services. The Front Desk Coordinator must have at least 1 – 2 years of recent experience.

Some of the duties performed by the Front Desk Coordinator include greeting patients as they arrive, answering multiple incoming calls, taking messages, scheduling patients, filing, data entry into billing software, and verification of insurance. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM – 5PM. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity.

Preference will go to Front Desk Coordinator who have advanced technical skills which means testing will take place prior to consideration.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience

-Bilingual Spanish requited

- Strong familiarity with Basic Office Equipment

- Solid understanding of Administrative Office

- Back office support experience preferred

- 1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems

- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
