Description
OfficeTeam is looking for a highly skilled Bilingual Benefits Coordinator for a growing company in Ft Worth. This position is contract to full-time and will start immediately!


The responsibilities of the Bilingual Benefits Coordinator will be:
? Assist in the annual benefit plan renewal process; research possible plan design or benefit cost changes
? Administer various employee benefits programs such as group medical, life, dental, 401(k) and accident and disability
? Act as a liaison with benefits third party administrators. Coordinate transfer of data to external contacts for services, premiums and plan administration.
? Prepare or revise benefit communication materials
? Manage the yearly benefits open enrollment process
? Ensures the timely and accurate completion of all required government filings and distribution of required participant plan disclosures.
? As HIPAA Privacy Officer, maintains the Company?s health plan privacy policy and procedures.
? Coordinates with insurance carriers, claims administrators, trustee, and other service providers to effect approved or mandated program changes; prepares and executes benefit plan documentation, utilizing broker/consultant and legal counsel as appropriate.
? Manages the UltiPro Self-Service program and maintenance of benefits records in the UltiPro system, including the exporting of changes to external service providers, programming of plan offerings and costs, and troubleshooting of technical issues.
? Enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, disability, accident and death claims, rollovers, QDRO?s, QMCSO?s, distributions, loans, hardships, compliance testing
? Analyze the current benefits, evaluating the usage, services, coverage, effectiveness, cost, plan experience, and competitive trends in benefits programs and identify the company?s stance
? Coordinate benefit setup, deduction and compliance reporting issues with Information Systems, Human Resources, Field Staff and Tax Compliance.
? The ability to work as a team with Human Resources, and all other departments within the organization on benefits issues.
? Provide customer service to the field and home office associates
? Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
? Bachelor?s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, and
? At least six (6) years of related experience in benefits, including some HRIS experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job
? Must be bilingual
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Strong customer service skills
? Strong organizational skills
? detail oriented in Human Resources (PHR) Certification Preferred
