Your responsibilities

- Handling the analysis of data, development of reports, proofreading and editing of documents, and preparation of presentations

- Ensuring key partners receive project information

- Helping maintain project deliverable schedules by organizing team meetings and communication per project specifications to support Project Managers

- Making travel and accommodation arrangements for training seminars, conferences and other project related events

- Seeking additional information to complete documents as necessary

- Assist project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support

- Taking meeting minutes and keeping records of tasks and progress

- Using online resources to research information

Requirements
- 1 year of business/office experience required

- High school diploma or its equivalent required; a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field is highly preferred

- Skill in Microsoft Office Suite applications - PowerPoint

- Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds

- Expertise in database and file management

- Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

- Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

- Good understanding of customer service

- Experience with reviewing documents for spelling and grammar

- General familiarity with Master Scheduler

- Comprehension of customer service experience

- Alphanumeric data entry experience highly valued

- Order entry experience highly preferred

- Foundational knowledge in records maintenance

- Demonstrated knowledge of ticketing pricing

- Strong familiarity with composing various kinds of correspondence

- Background working with navigating basic office equipment and protocols

- Prior experience with calendar managements and scheduling appointments

- Adeptness in proposals and RFPs
