Description
OfficeTeam is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a dynamic financial company. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support the recruiting function, and contribute to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruiting process. If you are familiar with recruiting strategies, including sourcing, screening and interviewing methods, we?d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help keep our hiring process smooth and ensure we recruit and retain high-performing employees. This position is temporary, temporary-to-full-time and is located in the El Segundo, CA area. Apply today!

Your Responsibilities:

- Craft and update job descriptions

- Prepare job offer letters and conduct compensation and benefits analyses for various roles

- Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed

- Assist with new full-time onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings)

- Provide administrative support to the Recruiting and HR team
Requirements
BS/BA degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field desired

- 2+ years of relevant experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Assistant or recruiter, or relevant field

- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM, and resume databases

- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Experience using detail oriented social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)

- Excellent organizational skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize

- Ability to manage a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable workload

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
