Description
OfficeTeam is currently looking for an HR Analyst to join a growing financial company! The perfect candidate will have a solid understanding of operations and workflow processes. As an HR Analyst, you will be responsible for measuring retention and turnover rates, helping create hiring plans and compensation and benefits packages. If you have a knack for identifying trends, drawing useful conclusions and recommending solutions, we?d like to meet you! Ultimately, you will help ensure maximum efficiency for our HR functions, from hiring and payroll to employee training and development. This role is temporary, temporary to full time and is located in the El Segundo, CA area. Apply today!

Your Responsibilities:

- Managing information in HRIS system, liaison to finance, payroll and other aspects of operations with in Human Resources

- Manage CHRO and other senior HR leaders? calendars, travel and schedules

- Create high quality reports, presentations, spreadsheets and other documents and assemble materials for meetings and training sessions

- Support C-level and HR candidates during the interviewing process

- Support the HR budget, including processing invoices and expense reports, ordering supplies, preparing check requests and overseeing department time management

- Assess results from our employee performance reviews

- Other tasks assigned
Requirements
- BA/BS in Human Resources/Management, Business Administration or relevant field

-3+ years' of relevant experience in HR; HR Analyst or similar role is desired

- Familiarity with HR operations including hiring, payroll and employee benefits

- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and HR systems

- Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations

- Strong proofreading and editing skills; eye for detail

- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- High level of discretion, confidentiality and diplomacy
