Description
Title Clerk for a busy Automotive Dealership. Job responsibilities include the following.

• Automotive Title Clerk work under the direction of the Office Manager, to ensure the completion of daily tasks
• Assist in the daily operation of the dealership office
• Help the Office Manager with Automotive Title needs
• Assist in processing deals
• Are responsible for the organization of vehicle title documents
• Automotive Title Clerk will perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a busy multi-franchise dealership group handling all tag and title processes
• Experience with CDK and Dealer Track is a plus
• Experience with Tri-VIN is required
Requirements
- Ability to use the internet for research

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience with Microsoft Office

- Demonstrated knowledge of customer service

- Editing experience highly preferred

- Good understanding of faxing

- Adeptness in consumer credit

- Comprehension of Microsoft Excel

- Foundational knowledge in records maintenance

- Report generation experience highly desired

- Adeptness in research

- Foundational knowledge in collating

- Alpha over 10,000 kph experience desired

- Prior experience with Microsoft Word

- Order entry experience desired

- Earlier work involving export - import documents

- Numeric 8,001 - 10,000 KPH experience preferred

- Deep understanding of proofreading

- Demonstrated knowledge of scanning

- Practical knowledge of reviewing documents for spelling and grammar

- Deep understanding of navigating basic office equipment and protocols

- General familiarity with data entry

- Pricing experience required

- Prior assistant experience preferred

- Background working with email

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Outlook

- Experience with copying

- Practical knowledge of numeric data entry

- Previous experience working with filing

- General familiarity with scheduling

- detail oriented application of spelling and grammar experience highly valued

- Accomplished computer skills is a must. This includes word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
