Description
Seeing an HR Generalist for our client in the Detroit area. The HR Generalist will be handling basic HR tasks (filing, scheduling interviews, job postings), data entry in Paycom (new hires/status changes/terms), recruitment while interfacing with managers.
Be be responsible for managing bigger projects on their own including monthly and quarterly background checks with Credential Check, random drug testing and possibly facilitate new hire orientation..
Requirements
The HR Generalist must have 3+ years of Generalist experience. Must be able to figure things out with limited resources know what their resources. The HR Generalist must be able to handle shifting priorities, working in a fast pace environment, and working through interruptions throughout the day. Previous experience working in Paycom is preferred.
