A data-driven expert with great attention to detail is the ideal candidate for this Data Entry Specialist position. Based in the Daly City, California area, this Data Entry Specialist would be needed on a short-term temporary basis. - Enter information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems

- Obtain further information for documents that are deemed incomplete

- Review and remove unneeded data as well as combine data from multiple sources

- Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product

- Sift through websites for information

- Keep detailed records of tasks, files, and progress

- Investigate reports and sheets of data
Requirements
- Substantial computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

- Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds

- High typing accuracy

- Sound written and verbal communication skills

- Comprehensive knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols
