Description
As a Compensation Data Analyst, you'll get to join a fun fast - paced environment and provide meaningful impact on the company's future! You'll participate in market surveys and analyze the results to assist in ongoing competitive analyses and pay assessments.

Focus:
- Manage and participate salary surveys
- Analyze the results to assist with ongoing competitive analyses. Review positions to ensure FLSA compliance.
- Consult Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development and business leaders on offers and requested salary adjustments.
- Manages the administration of wage and bonus agreements, direct compensation for staff including the processing, recording and reporting of compensation - related actions taken on salaried associates.
- Assist in the management of the quarterly and annual incentive plan processes to include design recommendations; calculations of monthly commissions, quarterly and annual incentive calculations along with coordinating the payout process
- Participate in other projects as necessary

Data Analytics:
- Design and develop modeling for reporting and special projects
- Assist in the building standardized dashboards and reports with HR perspective to meet business requirements
- Report data findings creatively in a variety of formats that appropriately provides insights to the organization
- Cleanse and blend data for consistency and effectiveness for analysis
- Assist in report development including complex report writing in Access and Excel
Requirements
Requirements:
- 2+ years of strong data analysis, with preferred focus on Compensation or HR related processes
- Advanced skillset in Excel to include pivot tables, advanced formulas and conditional formatting
- Strong proficiency in Access and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or Finance; knowledge of core HR functions and disciplines
- Excellent analytical and independent thinking skills; strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage processes from start to finish
- Collaborative team player
- Must be able to prioritize, problem solve, take initiative and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
