Description
A busy and dynamic Lighting and Electrical Company in the North Dallas area is looking for a Service Coordinator to join their team immediately! Do you thrive off of a fast-paced environment? There is a terrific long term temporary-to-fulltime Administrative Assistant opening in the Dallas, Texas area!

Service Coordinator Responsibilities:

- Take client service requests and input into internal database

- Answer client calls, determine specific needs and dispatch appropriate technicians to report to the client site

- Data Entry of client orders and project invoices

- General Clerical Support

- Research specific clients? needs to identify the appropriate vendors needed to resolve issue

- Greet clients as they come into the office

- Partner with Sales Team to make sure clients have everything they need
Requirements
Service Coordinator Requirements:

- Previous Facility Management, Dispatch and/or Call-Center Experience a HUGE Plus!

- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Access

- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to speak with a variety of clients

- Must have proven ability to consistently re-prioritize tasks depending on what service requests come in

- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience with high-volumes of data entry and working within multiple systems at one time

- Must work well within a team, the ability to keep an achievement oriented and positive attitude and provide the highest quality of customer service to clients at all times!
