Description
We currently have an opening for an articulate, skilled Receptionist in a booming Cupertino office. In this role, you will greet visitors, handle incoming calls and perform general administrative duties. Proficient Receptionists will also assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry. This position is temporary but has potential to be full-time in the future. Responsibilities:
? Answers incoming telephone calls, screen to determine purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
? Order necessary office supplies.
? Maintain the office clean and stocked at all times.
? Provides excellent customer service to all customers and clients.
? Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
? Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnel.
? Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions and other information.
? Manage conference room occupancy.
? Supports customer service representatives with various tasks such as process customer purchase orders, generating packing slips, invoicing, closing shipments, scanning, searching for job numbers to input into Purchase Order files and so on.
? Maintain all documents electronically such as customer purchase orders, prints, and packing slips and so on.
? Filing and make copies of documents.
Requirements
? 1+ years of experience in Reception or Front Desk
? Tech-savvy, solution oriented, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills including grammar
? Exemplary customer service over the phone and in person
