- Answer telephone calls and return voicemails
- Support diverse projects for other employees
- Navigate through word processing, filing, and faxing
- Internet research skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Calendar managements and scheduling appointments experience preferred
- Back office support experience desired
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols
