Description
Robert Half HR Services is looking for a highly-skilled HRIS Analyst to join a dynamic?and fast-growing team. If you're a self-starter who combines a real passion for analytics with great social skills, then you may thrive in this position.?

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for maximizing the strategic and operational effectiveness of Global Human Resources Systems by leveraging technology, best practices, and process improvements. Works very closely with and supports the HRIS Director. Acts as a consultant to Human Resources to identify and implement processes and systems to enhance productivity, reliability and quality.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
? Participates in HR System enhancements, special projects, new release implementation, requirements definition, testing and end user training. Resolve post implementation issues. Investigates and implements on-going process improvements
? Maintains integrity, security and accuracy of HR and/or Payroll systems.
? Provides on-going information systems support to HRIS functions to streamline HR business processes: analyze business processes, identify alternatives, make recommendations, implement appropriate solutions, assess effectiveness and resolve production issues. Coordinate with IT when appropriate.
? Ensure that end users and the HR team are properly trained and that there is adequate documentation of processes and procedures.
? Coordinates within HRIS and IT staff to ensure the effective integration between HR applications or other business applications as appropriate.
? Build productive relationships with HR team and key business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system and reporting requirements

Experience with SuccessFactors, SAP, and ADP
