Description
CFO role with mission driven healthcare enterprise. Our client is a middle-market sized firm poised for growth, both organic and through new product opportunities, and needs an experienced CFO to help them navigate this exciting time.

Responsibilities:
? Manage the financial reporting process to ensure accurate, timely and actionable financial reports to both internal and external users of the company?s financial information.
? Prepare and manage daily cash management activities.
? Analyze, recommend, and implement improvements to ensure the integrity of internal financial controls in conjunction with executive management and outside auditors to accommodate operational growth and change.
? Deliver sound economic financial plans for short-term and long range forecasts.
? Provide prompt notice of, and corrective actions for, deviations from the financial business plan.
? Lead annual budgeting process and setting of financial targets.
? Manage the development of the quarterly ?Latest Estimate? through the coordination of inputs from the various stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing and Supply Operations.
? Chair Pricing Committee to ensure that pricing strategies and the tactical execution of such strategies serve the business needs of and comply with all applicable federal and state laws.
? Lead special projects requiring strong management skills and ability to perform and present complex financial analyses.
? Manage corporate banking relationship, treasury functions, and debt compliance.
? Coordinate with third-party auditors to ensure audits are performed properly and tax returns are prepared accurately.
? Lead all other finance related activities, including but not limited to insurance, risk management, payroll, employee benefits, and information systems.
? Provide direct oversight of supply management to assure inventory availability to meet sales forecasts, accurate transactional data reporting, correct financial accounting of all transactions, and appropriate utilization of critical cash resources.
? Lead the collection, organization, analysis and management of all statistical data to ensure accuracy, increase efficiencies, and provide actionable information and key insights to key stakeholders.
? Ensure compliance with all state, federal and local regulatory and reporting requirements.
? Foster a positive and cooperative work environment that promotes team work and accountability.
? Provide appropriate leadership, training, and coaching to direct reports.

Previous capital markets experience will be critical as the firm will need to raise funds in order to finance this growth.
