Are you looking for an exciting Customer Service career working for an industry leader? OfficeTeam may have the Customer Service opportunity for you! OfficeTeam is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a home remodeling company located in Centerville, Ohio. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity based off performance. Working full time hours the schedule will be between the 8AM & 8PM time frame with availability to work every 4th Saturday. The Customer Service Representative is an opportunity to prove your eagerness to learn, build your success, and hone your written and verbal communication skills!

Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound call from customers to find out what they are looking for
- Making outbound call and calling leads obtained by outside sales team to discuss products and services offered
- Scheduling in-home estimates
- Answering customer inquiries through written and verbal communications
- Explaining contracts and following up with customers on their satisfaction

Requirements
- Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

- Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

- 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired
