Job Description:
Essential Responsibilities
? Manage employee and HR onboarding and support
? Manage and provide arrangements for office meetings
? Presenting on Lunch and Learns every Friday on various topics based on the pre-designated theme for that quarter (partnering with HR)
? Ensuring our workspace is neat and tidy
? Plan and execute quarterly happy hours
? Making the office our home away from home. Help with everything from food orders (fully stocked kitchen) to office decor
? Provide general support to visitors
? Manage culture creation and inundation
? Plan and execute company-wide events
? Caring, inclusive and energetic culture towards visitors and employees
? Work with our leaders to decorate current office space
? Coordinate and manage office moves and renovations
? Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
? Implement office policies and establish standards and procedures
? Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
? Act as point person for all employees

Ideal Qualifications:
? 3 + year as Office Manager
? 1 + year as an HR associate or HR admin (willing to learn)
? Experience in a fast-paced startup
? Highly technical. You can troubleshoot an internet connection and hook up a new conference line (or know how to find out how to do it)

Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred

- Knowledge of Booking Appointments

- Solid understanding of Administrative Office

- 3+ years of job related experience desired
