You will be responsible for supporting ongoing operations and important administrative tasks within various departments as the entry level Administrative Assistant, while playing a critical role within the organization.

How you will make an impact

- Arranging spreadsheets, reviewing presentations, and assisting with special projects

- Welcoming and guiding visitors

- Sorting through orders for supplies and services, and tracking progress and results

- Filing, faxing, word processing, data entry, and scanning

- Handling telephone calls and managing a multiline phone system

- Provide aid on diverse projects for other employees where necessary

- Contributing to the calendar, including the coordination of conferences and meetings

- Reviewing and improving documents

- Harmonizing schedules and activities
Requirements
- Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks

- 1+ years of administrative support experience

- Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

- Ideal candidate must have adept computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

- Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data

- Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

- Solid understanding of customer service

- Microsoft Office experience

- Call Center Customer Service experience preferred

- Foundational knowledge in Yardi
