The Creative Group is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing & Communications team. The Marketing Manager works with the Marketing & Communications team and office leaders to support the company's approach to specific business opportunities, marketing collateral and other communication channels. Marketing Coordinators have excellent graphic design skills, a penchant for learning, and a can-do attitude. The primary responsibilities of this role are to manage a team, create sales-enablement materials and work directly with managers and senior leadership. The ideal candidate for this role will have a highly technical operations background and would be comfortable hitting the floor, rolling up your sleeves and functioning as a vital member of the team. This is a full-time opportunity that sits in Boston, MA.

- Manage daily workload/staffing for marketing team
- Partner with office directors, regional communications director, studio directors and BD leaders on strategic marketing planning and execution
- Working with principals, senior staff, and other marketing team members to design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral in alignment with brand standards
- Lead knowledge management, BD reporting, and CRM efforts for the office
- Seek out and implement process and content improvements; coach peers on new ideas and ways of working
- Researches client targets, internal relationships, company history, market position

- BA in Graphic Design, Journalism, Communications or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience within a marketing strategy role, preferable in an AEC, Real Estate or Management Consulting environment
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite
- Previous experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and maintaining strict timelines
- Previous experience working directly with internal Executive or Sr. level staff
