Description
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the Organization. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations. The Customer Service Supervisor will oversee the Customer Service Team and Order entry Team. A strong work ethic, excellent problem solving skills, and willingness to learn, grow and adapt are crucial to this role. The Customer Service Manager must be a leader and have the skills to oversee multiple functions.

Essential Functions:

Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate solution based customer service Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution Supervise the day to day activities, goals, and procedures of the customer service team and order entry team Maintain a high level of standards for yourself and your team Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions Ensure pricing and quote integrity Mentor and develop customer service representatives and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment Supervise and facilitate resources Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities Set up, Modify and Maintain accurate price catalogs Ensure orders are entered and processed accurately and timely Work efficiently with other departments to resolve issues and proactively address forthcoming issues.
Requirements
3-5 years? experience in providing customer service support Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques Proficiency in English, Spanish is a plus Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools Ability to think strategically and to lead Strong client-facing and communication skills Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills Customer service orientation Supervisory experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent attendance history.
