Description
One of our clients, a fast-growing venture capital startup in Beverly Hills, is seeking an executive assistant to support two of their executives and their senior executive assistant. This is a direct hire opportunity. Job duties include booking domestic and international travel, processing expense reports, setting up conference rooms for meetings and conference calls, creating presentations for meetings, greeting visitors, sorting and distributing the mail, planning small events for the office, and other support tasks as needed. The candidate will occasionally have to support their New York office and accommodate for their hours, so there will be occasional overtime. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and will be very tech-savvy. Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite are a must. Hours are flexible but will be somewhere between 8-5 and 9-6. Pay is up to $70,000 DOE. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, open PTO policy and employee profit sharing options.

Your responsibilities

- Monitor calls

- Formulating presentations

- Arrange travel and meeting arrangements

- Train and oversee other support staff and customer relations

- Put together reports and financial data
Requirements
- Solid understanding of navigating basic office equipment and protocols

- Outstanding organizational skills, ability to multitask, an eye for detail and previous project management experience

- Skills in internet research
