TCG is looking for a Client Development Manager for an award winning agency.

• Create a strategy and process showing measurable results to expand client base and further develop current clients, increasing revenue
• Go-to-market and brand strategy for clients
• Crafting high level pitches
• Reputation – have to know the events/experiential industry
• Management experience
• Client facing (C Suite/Executives/etc.)
• Agency experience (experiential marketing specific)
• Experience overseeing a successful RFP response, working with internal and external resources.
• Come with a book of business/relationships/leads to expand business – outreach plan
• Actively work to build and cultivate client relationships
• Participate in company-wide training of how to speak when interacting with clients (pro tips sessions for all departments)
• Work to secure capability or introductory meetings with potential new clients
• Maintain calendar of relevant industry events we would want to activate at
o Work to remain two quarters ahead for outreach to clients activation at this events
• Maintain consistent knowledge of the movements happening in our industry and be able to call out and approach potential new client based on this intel
• Pitch, and if approved, assist in implementing new business programming
• Actively work on monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the new business methodology
• Receive and evaluate RFP’s
o Make recommendation to CEO as to whether or not we participate
• Oversee RFP process
o Once we accept an RFP, oversee process from a client facing and logistics perspective
 Create workback, deadlines, deliverables, maintain consistent and positive relationship with client, traffic RFP through Production, Creative and Strategy departments as needed
• Assist in pitching proposals to clients
• Oversee potential client relationship after RFP has been submitted up until job is won/lost
• Oversee transition of client from RFP stage to active client
o Work closely with Accounts and Production as needed to ensure a smooth transition and positive client experience
