Description
OfficeTeam is seeking an temporary Office Assistant for various administrative projects. In this role you will assist with the following responsibilities:

- Reception; Answering anywhere from 5-10 lines

- Data entry and maintenance of a database

- PowerPoint projects as needed

- Filing, scanning, and ad-hoc clerical projects
Requirements
- MUST have experience working within an office handling clerical tasks

- Intermediate Microsoft Office experience including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

- Experience handling both written and verbal correspondence with internal and external customers
