Hiring: WEBSITE COORDINATOR (1 Month Contract)

The Website Coordinator will be responsible for the review, auditing, publishing and maintenance of products, promotions and marketing placements across TicketsatWork.com, PlumBenefits.com and WorkingAdvantage.com. This position will manage the Preferred Access premium ticket process including auditing and maintenance on a regular basis. This role also helps maintain the marketing calendar to assure advertising campaigns are executed as scheduled. In addition, the coordinator will work closely with all members of the Marketing and Product teams across multiple offices.


Duties and Responsibilities

? Assists manager with review, publishing and maintenance of all products
? Helps maintain publishing calendars for corporate channels
? Proactively monitor and remove products/offers that are no longer valid, or are expired
? Review, proof and edit content to ensure that it is grammatically and technically correct and complies with the content design and style guidelines and brand image
? Responsible for building Preferred Access products and configuration to corporate platforms
? Review and publish incoming Preferred Access product offers
? Maintains all shopping products and executes regular audits of all shopping offers and ensures products are merchandised for maximum conversion
? Adheres to set policies and procedures to help ensure compliance and consistency across all corporate platforms
? Work in partnership with various teams to define best practices for retail shopping and ecommerce experience
? Competitive price and offer monitoring
? Performs other job-related tasks as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications

? Strong skills in website merchandising and e-commerce
? Experience with digital campaigns and digital marketing
? 1-2 years? experience with high volume e-commerce websites as well as mobile
? Website content management system (CMS) experience such as WordPress, Drupal, and Joomla are preferred.
? Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining a strong attention to detail
? Understanding of web standards for responsive desktop and mobile design
? Ability to understand marketing technology integration processes and requirements and communicate them to technical and non-technical stakeholders
? Ability to work across departments to achieve desired results
? Positive, team-player attitude and strong oral and written communication skills
? Ability to think strategically and take ownership of projects/initiatives while remaining open to accepting feedback and constructive input
? Strong skills in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
? Basic knowledge and understanding of web analytics tools such Google analytics and Adobe Analytics
? Basic knowledge of HTML/ HTML5 is a plus
